There were some issues and miscommunications at the start but once John, the band manager, stepped in, he did everything he could to make it all work out. Karina and Rhys were great on the ceremony and the rest of night even with the issues with set-up.

Narelle from In the booth Melbourne East was very very helpful, she went to the venue to measure and make sure the Photo Booth will fit when the venue manager said it wouldn't. It made a world of a difference, otherwise there was no room to put the booth. Lachlan who staffed the booth that day was very sweet and charming. Could not recommend them highly enough.

The cake flavours were amazing, they were easy to work with and listened to our thoughts. Matched the cake as best as possible to the wedding theme. The sculptures for the cake were a little bit off (my sparrow like birds ended up looking like ducks).

Carmen and David took very good care of us and the snippets of the raw engagement photos are amazing; we cannot wait to see the wedding photos. They give you clear instructions on what works best but at the same time are extremely fun to be around.

Anthony was very helpful from the very first meeting, giving us great suggestions on the run down and timings and ways to 'minimise' the videographer hours that we needed. He was always happy to listen to us but at the same time give constructive criticism. On the day we had Anthony and Jacob, they were both very warm and welcoming and didn't make us or any of the guests uncomfortable at all.

Very good communication and accommodating when we asked for timing changes. Greg was wonderful on the day, he was very professional and not being his first rodeo he was the one that was fluffing up my dress and making sure it showed up nicely in the photos. My Matron of Honour said he was a bit annoyed at the photographers and videographers at one stage when they made us stay in the sun for too long! We were very well taken care of.

Would highly recommend Ezards @ Levantine Hill if good food and wine is what you are after as this was a major criteria for us. After the wedding, no one could stop commenting on the food, that it was the best wedding food they had. Eva and her team were very accomodating and picked up all the pieces where our planner did not bother. She called all our vendors and made sure everything arrived and ran smoothly. I would not recommend anyone better to take care of us on our wedding day. Only down side (minor) is people didn't realise where the cheese table was, it wasn't in a very obvious place and as the cake was on the same table and we had nearly the whole cake left over.
