For our recent wedding on the 19th of September, Ange was an absolute pleasure to work with. During the planning of our wedding, 1 thing we promised ourselves was that we would get a reputable photographer. Ange is all of that, and more. We chose the photography only package for 8-9 hours. This also included a free engagement shoot prior to the wedding. As soon as we got sneak peaks for our engagement shoot, we knew wholeheartedly that we had made the right choice with Ange. She works efficiently and helps you get the most out of your photos. She is super friendly and helps you feel comfortable in front of the camera. I personally don’t love getting photos taken, but Ange does a fantastic job at making it a great experience. For our wedding day, Ange perfectly captured every important moment for us. She is easy to communicate with and allowed us to provide some inspiration pictures to ensure the photos she took were ones we would love. She is amazing at capturing the candid moments- which is perfect for people like me. Ange had Ben as an assistant photographer for the day. This worked extremely well for my partner and I as we got ready in the same house. It meant we always had a photographer with us for all of the getting ready moments. We were lucky enough to also have Ange capture some of our day on the film camera. While we have not yet received our whole wedding gallery, we absolutely adore our sneak peaks, with some of our favourite photos being the ones captured by film. We can write this review confidently, knowing that the gallery we receive will go above and beyond our expectations, as that is what has happened throughout our entire process of working with Ange. While we are forever grateful for all our vendors, we are especially grateful for Ange for the role she played in making the day truly the best day of our lives. We cannot recommend her and her services highly enough. We look forward to maternity shoots and family portraits that we will certainly book in with her in the future.

Wedding Photography

For our recent wedding on the 19th of September, Mel at First Class Functions was an absolute pleasure to work. First Class Functions provided florals, signage, arbour and chairs for the ceremony as well as decor for the reception. From the moment we enquired with her, we were blown away with how easy she was to communicate with and the options she had for us to choose from. We especially loved visiting her show room, where we were able to see everything we could choose from. This meant, we could watch the styling for our wedding come to life. When I walked into the reception area before my wedding, I was blown away by what Mel and her team had done with the space. It was everything we envisaged and more. This also rolled into what she delivered for the ceremony. Mel was fantastic to work with, because she also assisted with placing items such as favours out without hesitation. It truly felt like Mel wanted to deliver on what we asked for, not because it’s her job but because she is passionate about creating a magical wedding day. We will be forever grateful to First Class Functions, in particular Mel, for the role they played in making the day truly the best day of our lives.

Wedding Decorations

For our recent wedding on the 19th of September, the Suit Society was an absolute pleasure to work with to create my suit. I love their online booking process, which allowed me to easily find a time that could fit in to my schedule. Additionally, Jonathon services the Sunshine Coast, which provided me with a short commute for all parts of the process. As a female, it was very important to me to get a custom suit for my wedding day. I was quite anxious for the whole process. Jonathon however, made this a wonderful experience and something I actually enjoyed. I went to him with some ideas and he used his experience to tailor something I would love. My suit is one of my favourite parts of my wedding day. I love how it fit and how it made me feel comfortable all night long. The quality of the suit also means I will be able to wear it for years to come. The inner material of the jacket was customisable and I was able to choose an inscription. Jonathon was able to deliver, while coming in under the budget I had excepted to pay for a custom suit. I will be forever grateful to the Suit Society, in particular Jonathon, for the role they played in making the day truly the best day of our lives.

Wedding Formal Wear

For our recent wedding on the 19th of September, the Sunshine Beach Surf Club were a pleasure to work with. We chose the venue due to the draw card of the ceremony and reception being all on site, as well as some of the best views and photo locations you could ask for. This came with a very small venue cost, much smaller than most other venues on the Sunshine Coast. The surf club had amazing options for drink and food packages, making it perfect for any couple. We went with the buffet and our guests raved about how great the food was. More specifically to us, they were very accomodating to our requests, easy and efficient to communicate with and provided a seemless wedding day. Their staff were friendly and hardworking, allowing my partner and I to not worry about a single thing on the day. We will be forever grateful to the Sunshine Beach Surf Club and their staff for the role they played in making the day truly the best day of our lives.
