Seating ranges from 30 to 180 guests, or up to 250 cocktail style. Do you offer any styling?

We do not offer in-house styling services. Styling can be coordinated through an external supplier.

Do you cater for children and teenagers ?

Yes; we have a seperate kids menu offering for children 12 and under and we also have a non-alcoholic beverage package for guests under 18 years.

Do you have a wet weather backup?

Yes, if inclement weather arises we can relocate your ceremony into the Ocean View Room where the Reception generally is held.

Do you allow dogs at the ceremony?

Yes, we understand your fur baby is part of your family, we are happy to have your pet at your outdoor ceremony.

The Sunshine Beach SLSC was the perfect venue for our wedding. The ceremony outdoors on the lawn was just as we’d envisioned. The views there and also from the Ocean View room are absolutely beautiful. The staff are friendly and easy to work with. The functions team answered our questions leading up to the day promptly. Having a day-of coordinator was critical to the day running smoothly, and Tennille did an amazing job. Our guests had great things to say about the food, and we were really pleased with it as well.

We chose to hold both our ceremony and reception in the beautiful Ocean Room at the Sunshine Beach Surf Club, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The space had everything we were hoping for – a breathtaking view, a spacious and elegantly arranged room, welcoming and attentive staff, and outstanding food. We had a really good experience with Sunshine Beach Surf Lifesaving Club. They were the first and only venue we looked at and were so happy right from the beginning. We received all of their packages and they were very transparent about all of the information. Communication was great and they were so responsive to any of our messages and requests. Honestly everything was amazing for both us and our guests. Food was incredible, so many comments from friends and families that there was so many canapés and that everything was delicious, practically unheard of with wedding food.
