Right from the beginning we were extremely happy with our choice of Phenomena. The process was so easy and they were so well organised. The staff were lovely and very customer service oriented, they were very easy going and wanted to ensure we were happy. On the day Allen and Louis were so friendly, open to suggestions and came up with great ideas for shots. They thought of things I didn't even think of, for example the bouquet toss was scheduled for after they were leaving so they suggested moving it forward so they could capture it. The photographs and video were ready within 4 weeks of the wedding. The photographs were beautiful and exactly the style we asked for. The video was amazing and very well put together. We could not be happier.
