The Manor on High exceeded our expectations and it was very well presented. We were in The Georgian Room and the first impression from us and our guests were that it was extremely elegant and easy access. The chandeliers added a great feature of elegance and that romantic feeling. It was everything we have dreamed and much more. Tony, one of the managers was very accommodating and ensured our needs were met and achieved at a high standard. We loved every minute of it. The staff during the night were friendly and communicated well to both of us and kept us up to date.

SMC Studios had a combined package with the Videography and this made our planning very easy as it was only one company that we had to correspond to. The staff were friendly and so patient. They took their time to ensure our needs were met and up to the high standards. They provided us advice on where we could have the best photos. They were all very enthusiastic and kept our expectations.

Vince our driver came in on time and were on track with the timing and schedules for our wedding day. He ensured our needs were met and is very friendly. The Chrysler limousine was comfortable and came in with champagne and loads of water bottles to keep us well hydrated. We then went home on a mustang which it was also comfortable. Vince was very patient with us and took us to places wherever we wanted to go. He also offered us the best price and was affordable.

DJ masters communicated well and ensured our needs were met. Our DJ Tom appeared amateur however, he took his time to communicate with us and consulted prior to our wedding day. This was a great effort from him. He also MC'd for us which we appreciated. Well done to Tom!

VIP Photo Booth exceeded our expectations. Joe communicated well and ensured we were happy with the designs of the print prior. We love the use of the props with our unique and personalised hash tags. Joe was fantastic and took the time to ensure we capture the moments. Our guests including ourselves enjoyed the use of the Photo Booth. The prints were at high quality for which the guests and ourselves can cherish forever. The album included in the package is great idea for us to look back at how much we both enjoyed the evening.

The free tasting we had from the beginning was exceptional. Given I have a sweet tooth, it was hard to choose, but ultimately, we chose the Raspberry & Coconut and the Marbled Chocolate Cake. They were moist and melted in our mouth, we received some compliments in how delicious the cakes tasted on our Wedding day. Maria ensured our needs were met and gave us advice on what works and what won't work. She was genuine and did a terrific job of putting it all together. Maria communicated with us well and clearly. We could not have asked for a better cake design..

We used a couple of flower arrangement pots (The Lilly and The Luxe) as part of the designs during our photo shoots, these were won and received from my mother. I received so much compliments and I too say how gorgeous these arrangements were and how friendly Lilly was.

My ultimate dress was chosen, a lot of designs but there was one that stood out and glad to have chosen LUV Bridal as "the one". Received a lot of compliments. I felt comfortable and glamorous.
