Flo was an absolute gem, he's clearly very passionate about what he does and it shows in the incredible attention to detail and taste of his pastries. We ordered a pistachio and vegan mille feuille for our wedding. The mille feuille were both delicious and beautiful, and many of our guests (plus the event coordinator) commented on how amazing they were. Highly recommended if you're looking for a dramatic wedding cake that tastes just as good as it looks!
