I had a really good experience with Neli! All interactions were so friendly from the get go. She was so lovely! During the process, she was very accommodating and flexible with my requests. The first time I tried on my dress, it fit like a glove so I knew it was the one. The alterations were so even and my dress came earlier than it was meant to. She also helped me with veil and jewelry to match my dress. It was such a fun experience going to her showroom.
