They were absolutely disgusting. Our wedding day was 36 degrees and they arrived about 25 minutes early and they had no air conditioning whatsoever. When I tried to talk to the owners and they told me that they had no idea why I was winging. I asked the drivers to put the window down and it seemed like a huge hassle for them.

They were absolutely fantastic! The wedding coordinator was just great, she was extremely accommodating and nothing was ever too much trouble. Our youngest child has additional needs and they worked so well with her. It was fantastic!

Chloe was great! I found our at a wedding expo and told her about a dilemma I was having with my florist at the time and she sent me through PDFs with info of flowers of what flowers are suited to the time of my wedding. Her communication was outstanding.
