Didn't call to confirm suits arrived for the final fitting to be arranged. (we asked for a call, they said they would). When groom went to collect suits day before the wedding order was not correct. (shirts not matching, hankies missing, ties and vests were different styles and some shoes missing)

Used the Windsor room for bride and bridesmaids night before the wedding and the wedding night. Great room, friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again. The room is two levels with two bathrooms. Great photo room and spacious for bridal party to get ready.

Adele Villa was AMAZING. I LOVED my hair and makeup and my bridesmaids. She was so friendly and made my morning stress free. She finished ahead of time which was great and travelled a long way to us. World Class!!!!

The car was beautiful (Austin Princess) and roomy. Vince was great leading into wedding. Priced very well. The driver JO was simply AMAZING. He helped with so much more than driving - holding my dress while waiting to walk the aisle, fixing dads suit, everything. 200% service.

While a tad pricey - ABSOLUTELY WORTH EVERY CENT. Jason was amazing. His photos are amazing and he is just so much fun and so lovely. Would not hesitate to use again.

Beautiful venue. Perfect for our winter wedding as it's all covered and the best photo's are inside the amazing historic house. The staff were amazing from the first day we viewed the venue. The organised everything so so well down the finest detail. Guests are still talking about the venue.

Well priced. Barely even noticed the videographer at all for the day. Have not seen finished product yet but the very day after our wedding they had emailed us a wedding trailer preview of our wedding highlights which we weren't expecting. It was amazing. Great customer service.

Our bridal dance was VERY unique. These guys put together our music (combination of many different songs) and choreographed it. It was AWESOME - a huge hit with guests. People who didn't attend the wedding are talking about it and it's a new You Tube hit.
