From the very first trial, Monique was genuinely attentive — checking in on what I liked, offering thoughtful suggestions, and making sure every detail was exactly right. I genuinely don’t know where to begin — thank you hardly feels like enough. Our wedding styling and florals were beyond anything we could have imagined. It truly felt like stepping into the wedding set of our dreams. From our very first conversation, Wendy was incredible — meticulous, creative and unbelievably hardworking. Every element of the design was so thoughtfully considered: the style guide, invitations, RSVP suite, monogram, signage and all the finer details that tied everything together so cohesively. The process was collaborative, organised and energising from start to finish. Every meeting and update felt seamless, and it was clear how much care went into refining each detail to align perfectly with the vision. The on-the-day stationery and styling were exceptional. From the guest list display and menus (with all our bespoke tweaks) to the beautiful feature details that made everything feel personal and intentional — nothing was overlooked. What truly amazed us was the transformation across the day. The mandap ceremony setup was breathtaking, and the transition into a completely different look for the Christian ceremony was executed flawlessly, with florals thoughtfully repurposed in the most seamless way. It felt like two distinct, beautifully designed weddings in one. And then the reception — absolutely stunning. The tables were whimsical, romantic and perfectly balanced, with lush florals and thoughtful design choices that felt elegant and refined without being overdone. The bridal table was a true showstopper and captured exactly the atmosphere we had hoped for (and more). The floral details were exquisite. The bouquets were true works of art — the colour palette, texture and movement were unlike anything we’ve seen. Every personal floral element was crafted with the same level of care and creativity. Beyond the immense talent, what sets this team apart is their dedication and warmth. They listened deeply, offered creative yet practical solutions, and poured their heart and soul into every aspect of the day. Where do we even begin? The biggest thank you to Chantelle, Joe, and DJ Joey and the entire Limited Edition team for creating the most unforgettable atmosphere at our wedding. We first saw them perform at Marble Bar on a cold, rainy evening and were instantly blown away — not just by the incredible talent, but by the warmth, presence and genuine energy they brought to the room. From that moment, we knew they were exactly what we wanted for our wedding. Throughout the booking process, the communication was outstanding — responsive, informative and so helpful in guiding us through options and details. In the lead-up to the day, selecting our songs was such a fun and collaborative experience, and we felt completely supported the whole way through. On the wedding day itself… phenomenal. The live music was exceptional, the transitions were seamless, and the energy on the dance floor was next level. Our guests have not stopped talking about it — we’ve heard “best wedding ever” more times than we can count, and so many people said they danced more than they ever have before! At one point, even the venue staff commented that it was the most packed dance floor they’d seen. Every member of the band was incredible, and DJ Joey absolutely nailed the brief. The song choices were perfect, keeping three generations on the dance floor all night. The vibe struck that perfect balance of classy, electric and completely joyful. Beyond the talent, what truly sets this team apart is their professionalism, organisation and warmth. Everything felt effortless and polished from start to finish. If you want a full dance floor, flawless execution and guests raving long after the night ends — book them. Worth every penny and more. We would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We cannot recommend James highly enough. From start to finish, his service was exceptional. Despite an extremely early arrival time and some unavoidable schedule delays on our end, he was patient, calm and incredibly kind throughout the entire day. Nothing ever felt like a problem, and his relaxed, professional manner immediately put us at ease. Seeing the car arrive on the day honestly took our breath away. It was absolutely beautiful and made such a statement in our photos. So many of our guests commented on how elegant and timeless it looked. Beyond the car itself, James was fantastic to work with — down-to-earth, warm and quietly confident. If you’re considering booking, do it. The car is immaculate, and the service is outstanding. We’re so grateful for the role James played in making our day as special as it was.

We cannot thank the team enough for creating such an extraordinary and seamless wedding experience for us. From our very first enquiry through to the final moments of the evening, everything was handled with exceptional care and professionalism. Christine Hinson was an absolute delight from the outset. She was knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the booking process. Her thoughtful (and pressure-free) note that another couple was considering our date helped us make our decision with confidence. She answered every question with patience and warmth, and we’re so grateful for her support in securing our date for what was quite a bespoke celebration. About six months before the wedding, Lana stepped in as our Event Sales Manager and she was truly outstanding. Nothing was ever too difficult, and she worked closely with us to bring every detail to life. Her organisation, responsiveness and calm guidance made the planning process feel effortless. On the day itself, Abby was wonderful — calm, friendly and solutions-focused (she even managed to source a replacement veil for me just in time for photos!). Later in the evening, Thomas took over and continued that same level of attentiveness and professionalism. Everything ran smoothly, and both he and the wider team ensured every guest felt genuinely looked after. The food deserves special mention. The Head Chef and kitchen team were phenomenal. Every dish was beautifully presented and served at the perfect temperature, with dietary requirements handled thoughtfully and without fuss. Our guests are still talking about the winter pavlova! The children and late-night guests were also catered for so generously, which we truly appreciated. The wait staff were warm, attentive and polished throughout the entire evening. Even the shuttle driver went above and beyond, making additional trips to ensure guests travelling between cars and home were accommodated comfortably. The team, the food, the service and the breathtaking setting all came together to create the most magical day of our lives.

We were incredibly fortunate to have Poonam from The Maharani Diaries as our on-the-day coordinator, and honestly, our wedding would not have been the success it was without her. From the very beginning, Poonam did an incredibly thorough handover with me, taking the time to reach out to every vendor, confirm all details, and clarify as much as possible well in advance of the day. Her experience, professionalism, and calm approach provided us with so much guidance and reassurance — which was invaluable, especially given the level of detail I had planned but without the same experience she brings to the table. Poonam has fantastic rapport within the wedding industry. She’s worked with many vendors before and has built great relationships, but what stood out was how quickly she connected and built trust even with those she hadn’t worked with previously. It made everything run seamlessly. One thing another couple once told me really stuck — that the vibe of the couple sets the tone for the whole day. My husband and I felt relaxed and happy throughout, and that energy flowed to our guests. That sense of calm and joy was only possible because Poonam had everything under control. Her run sheet was second to none, every detail executed perfectly. Even though our weather turned out to be perfect, Poonam had a detailed wet-weather plan ready to go — just one example of how she leaves nothing to chance. On the day, she and her team worked tirelessly (my husband described them as “CIA agents” with their intercoms!), ensuring everything ran flawlessly behind the scenes while we and our families could truly enjoy ourselves as guests at our own wedding. It’s such a difficult job, and yet Poonam and her team made it look effortless — always smiling, always in control. Choosing her is a complete no-brainer. All the hard work and planning that goes into your wedding deserves to be executed beautifully, and that’s exactly what Poonam delivers. You absolutely owe it to yourselves to have her on your team.
