When you pay this much money, you expect a lot more than what we got. This venue did the minimum contractual obligations, and never anything more really. It's the little things, like offering a coffee or champagne during a planning appointment but nothing at all was offered. I organised everything myself including the decorations- btw this price does not include decorations. I had to fight the venue on the prices as we booked in 2022 and prices dramatically increased in 2024. Every little change was an extra cost- moving 2 pews out of the chapel was $20... Also the music system is pretty bad at the reception, very soft. To their credit, the day itself went off without any problems at all and our coordinator was quite good.

Marlee was amazing! She did exactly what we asked and was so professional and helpful during the whole process. We wanted a traditional formal ceremony and she gave us heaps of templates and ideas to choose from and we fully customised our ceremony to be exactly what we wanted. She walked us through all the steps and what to do and made everything from ceremony to marriage registration easy. She also did the wedding rehearsal with us.
