Luv Bridal was the best wedding dress store I went to! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and informative. The sample sizes were inclusive as well! The team there helped me figure out what I actually liked about the different gowns I tried on, which ultimately allowed me to make an informed decision about what kind of dress I was looking for! They didn't pressure me to settle for something that wasn't right for me and were patient in helping me find the perfect gown and bring my vision to life.

In the lead-up to the big day, the team kept communication open; we understood clearly what was happening, and they were flexible in ensuring we had the day of our dreams. The use of accommodation onsite the night before and the night of our day made it possible for us to relax with family and enjoy the moment for a little longer. On our actual wedding day, the team was attentive, without being intrusive; they made sure the day went smoothly, that we had a good time, and that the little details that make a wedding special were taken care of.
