Louise helped us to plan out honeymoon to Fiji perfectly. She listened to our interests and planned out accommodation and activities accordingly. She even organised a surprise massage for the two of us! Flexible and very well priced.

Camille was absolutely fantastic! She conducts herself so professionally, however is so personal as well. So many guests commented on how personal they felt she made the ceremony, even thought we had only met with her on a few occasions. Nothing was too much for Camille, if we wanted to meet with her, she was more than accommodating, and was always so prompt at getting back to us in regards to any questions we had. We would highly recommend Camille if you want someone to add to a friendly and relaxed atmosphere at your ceremony - we can't speak highly enough of her.

Good experience overall, although it would've been nice to have a late checkout. Nothing special, but nothing to complain about.

The intial shop assistant - Pauline - was fantastic. I didn't have a clue what I wanted and she wasn't pushing in trying to make a sale. she understood that I'd only just begun looking and encouraged me to look around and return if it was the right dress! The only challenges I had, was that I was between two dress sizes and was losing weight - the larger dress size was ordered and the dress when it arrived ended up being 2 sizes too big. There was a bit of a stress, however the onsite dress maker altered the dress and no one knew of the dramas.

I could not believe the price of the flowers! Amazingly affordable and absolutely gorgeous! I was considering doing the flowers myself after the number of expensive quotes I got, but couldn't afford not to go with Branch Out. They delivered, which was great as we were also struggling to find anyone able to do flowers for our Sunday wedding and matched the colour of the flowers perfectly to my description. They even threw in a 'throw away' bouquet for me as well. Definitely highly recommend Branch Out!

Shannon played a friends wedding and the fact that we both noticed him was enough to convince us that we needed to have him. A great guy! He learned a song for my husband to sing as a surprise, and played guitar and sang the night out. Guest commented on his great sound and he even got more work through the wedding! He also can put together playlists to meet any music tastes and works with requests. Truely talented. Look him up on i-tunes for a song he wrote. Also had the option for his band to play together, but alone he has a relaxed acoustic style that just added so much to our evening.

Again, found Rebecca through a friends recommendation. Very well priced, which was important for us, but also produced great quality photos. Good fun and makes you feel relaxed on the day, which of course is really important in capturing natural photos. Definitely recommend Rebecca!

I could not fault the Observatory in any way. Our reception was perfect. Changing table places at the last minute was an ease and the whole evening ran so smoothly. Leonie was flexible in our scheduled running times and made us feel like there was nothing that was too much. The food and the service is fantastic - everyone commented on the great quality. We also found out that after we left, the guest stayed on for nearly an hour longer than they were supposed to, which probably was partly because we were also late in leaving - however I never felt pushed to go. The centrepieces were organised through the Observatory as well and the room looked absolutely amazing. I truely felt like everything was perfect and can't speak highly enough of Leonie, Belinda and the staff at the Observatory.
