Loved our brownie pops however we arrived to pick them up half an hour after the time they told us they would be ready and they weren't ready for another 3 hours after that which meant we had to drive home and back out to collect them

When the dresses arrived the sash was the wrong colour. They said they would be able to fix them but they wouldn't arrive back until the week of my wedding. We decided to take a discount instead because we didn't want to risk the dresses not arriving back in time

The guys at Callabro in Penrith were fantastic in helping the boys pick tasteful suits and even with groomsmen with very difference sizes they all looked fantastic!

Amanda from Rouse Hill was fantastic in helping my hubby plan a surprise honeymoon! I had no idea where we were going until we got to the airport. She was great in making sure he had everything taken care of.

Wedding night accomodation was great. We were upgraded to a better room, even later check out and staff were fantastic the night we arrived and when we checked out the next day

Elizabeth was lovely when we met however despite confirming my order serveral times my flowers were the wrong colour & corsages four our mums were pin-on ones and not wrist ones as ordered despite having a written quote. She was rude about it and so was her delivery person

Nicola was lovely - I had my trial on the day of my pre-wedding photo shoot so after she had taken photos she changed my eyes to suit what I was wearing for the shoot. On the day she was fantastic and our makeup lasted all day

We got our invitations and place cards done and they turned out great. We had one hiccup with 4 invitations and when I called to let them know they fixed it straight away and by 10am the next morning I had replace invitations delivered to me

Adam was wonderful in the lead up, very helpful with giving suggstions without being overbearing. On the day he was fantastic and even drove us around for night photos in the city afterwards! We've only seen some of our photos so far & they are spectacular!

Loads of shoes to choose from. Very happy that I can have them dyed after the wedding so I will be able to wear them again as they were expensive

I cannot say enough how amazing Lauriston were. From our first visit to our wedding day it was amazing! Such attention to detail and so much care taken with everything. All our guests said how beautiful the venue was, how delicious the food was and how friendly the staff were.

Sam was fantastic! Most times you didn't even know he was there - still waiting for our dvd to get back but he has kept us up to date with how he is going and double checked music selection before finishing everything - can't wait to see the finished product!
