I purchased an Essence Australia dress from Fairytale Bridal in Moonee Ponds. I was beyond happy with my dress which was stunning but very disappointed with the customer service. I had to have an uncomfortable argument with the sales consultant on my final fitting to pickup my dress as it was still too big. The shoulder straps weren’t even staying up and you could see down the back of my dress. The consultant did not listen to what I was saying instead insisting this was how the dress was meant to be. I ended up taking my dress to another alternation place with them taking in 4cm either side of the zip (clearly seeing the dress was too big). A very disheartening experience!

We worked closely with Jordyn from the Hey Jack team and ended up booking ‘Indie’ to play live acoustic covers for our ceremony! It was absolute perfection. Such a lovely group of people who are genuinely passionate about making your wedding day as perfect as can be! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We had a mid week ceremony and sit down lunch reception. Stunning grounds, food and wine is to die for and the safe were all professional and provided warm customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for wedding ceremony and reception!

I am over the moon with how mine and my bridal parties makeup turned out (6 women total). Having a morning ceremony and very acne prone skin I was concerned about my makeup lasting the entire day, Chelsea is super knowledgeable and knows how to work with all skin types and bring out your best features (not to mention she is an absolute dream artist, calming me and getting me hyped for my wedding day). Not only did my makeup last all day/night but I had several guests comment on how flawless and beautiful it was! I cannot recommend Chelsea enough!!!!
