I loved the service and care from The Sposa Group. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the lady that welcomed us and took care of me by ensuring the dress fitted me well and the design of the sleeves were flattering as discussed. It was like she genuinely had my best interest at heart. I’ve walked in to so many other wedding dress stores before Sposa and once they heard my budget they literally would make faces and say “We don’t have anything for you”. With Sposa it was different. When I told them we’ll probably be having a smaller wedding, and an off the rack dress, the lady said “It doesn’t mean it’s not special”. She made me feel so validated and heard. Every step of the way they were so helpful. After experiencing disappointment with other bridal stores, I’d go above and beyond to promote The Sposa Group.

Felicia and her team delivered exceptional results with their flowers and styling for our ceremony and reception by working with our budget. Having the mockup template to visually help us with flower, colour, and candle selections really helped; and the team was very easy to reach out to via Whatsapp for any updates. Our wedding day was 40 degrees so they had last minute recommendations to change some of the flowers and I really appreciated their proactive communication and effort. They were easy to trust and reliable with their friendly customer service and sincerity.

We ordered the raspberry topped mille feuille cake for our wedding, 9 months later and our guests are still talking about it! It was the most delicious cake ever. I can't wait to reorder it for our 1st anniversary coming up and relive our special day. PS. After the wedding we froze the leftovers and the cake still tasted amazing after months of being in the freezer. It really keeps on giving!

Beautiful waterfront venue with professional customer service. Holly was so helpful every step of the way and very patient with us throughout the booking process.
