Venue Manager Olive was our first point of contact with DH, she was accessible and keen on hosting our wedding which made us feel welcomed and valued as customers. Our wedding planner Anna Steele was very helpful - and patient. Tahli was our manager on the day and she did a great job too, venue setup was gorgeous and they made a bride's life much easier by making sure everything was displayed beatifully without hassling me with questions not even once - that made my day! Food is certainly a highlight so thumbs up for kitchen staff! Overall we had a great experience with DH, very smooth and easy to deal with.

when we were searching for a celebrant, Robyn stood out by far as the most passionate and professional one in the market - and she did deliver everything we thought she would, and more! She made our lives much easier both before and during the ceremony - I knew I could trust her and did not have a worry at all in regards to the ceremony. It was by far the highlight of the day for us and also for the guests. Thank you so much for making our celebration so so special!!!

Helen and Sophie are an absolute delight to deal with, Julie the seamstress was also great. By far this was the best ad most genuine experience I had when dress shopping.

Owner is lovely, very sensible and reasonable, also great at customer service. Rental tuxedos were beautiful and well kept. Had a few hours' delay on delivery but apart from that, a great experience.

Customer service is great, views are amazing and rooms nicely appointed. Reception staff was really lovely - Scottish gentleman was a highlight! Down side was air cond filter/engine right on top of the bed making a huge noise and blowing dust right on top of us whole night long. Breakfast replenishment very slow.
