My husband and I are so happy with our decision to choose Ascot House for our ceremony and reception location for our wedding. From our very first visit to the big day, the team at AH were extremely friendly, professional, organised and accommodating to all of our wants and needs. Planning a wedding is a huge process and it can be very daunting coordinating suppliers and ensuring that the set up and timing of the event runs smoothly. Terry, Megan and Helen made sure that everything was taken care of. On the day they liaised with suppliers to create an outdoor and indoor space that we, and our family and friends could enjoy. The wait staff were absolutely exceptional making sure that guests with dietary requirements were taken care of personally. We felt so comfortable in such a gorgeous space. The food was exceptional and it was great knowing that whilst we were having our photos done, that our guests were taken care of with canapés and drinks before the reception began. One thing I wanted to make sure of is that our family and friends had plenty to eat and drink and this was achieved with their amazing service. The venue itself is absolutely spectacular with every space having amazing opportunities for photographs. It was just so easy having our ceremony and reception all in the one place. Special thanks to Terry who put all of my concerns at ease. He made sure Aaron and I were taken care of at each moment and ensured that we enjoyed every second of our night. Terry went out of his way to meet all of our needs and we can’t thank him enough for helping us to create our dream wedding.

My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with our choice of Alison as our marriage celebrant. We honestly felt like we had known each other for years! Alison was not only extremely professional but she took the time to get to know us personally, to hear our story and to help us create a ceremony that was beautiful and meaningful to us. Alison is very passionate about what she does. We had so many comments from our family and friends about how beautiful our ceremony is and how they loved hearing our story which Alison so professionally put together. Alison not only took on our requests for the ceremony but offered her suggestions on how to incorporate certain aspects into it to make it that much more special. She was prompt and thorough in organising our marriage documentation. We felt so much at ease knowing she was taking care of all the legal stuff for us. We thank her and would absolutely recommend her as a marriage celebrant!

The team at Triple R were absolutely outstanding right from the initial phone call with Alex to the actual big day, we were so pleased with the service provided. We hired two Black Jaguar Mk5 Sedans which were absolutely superb, such gorgeous cars. The cars were clean and well kept, and our drivers were not only punctual but friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. As part of the package we were able to keep our cars at the venue till a certain time which allowed us to get some amazing photos.

Words cannot describe how talented, professional and creative Ryan and Amelia are. I absolutely recommend them for any event! We hired them as the entertainment for our wedding in Melbourne and we can honestly say that the atmosphere created by these two was just magical. From their set up to their vocals, all of our friends and family were blown away asking us where we had found these two amazing singers from! They had everyone up and dancing. Right from the very beginning when planning, I knew I wanted live entertainment but thought it may be too tricky or unachievable to find anyone. When I came across Paper Hearts it was easy. I saw clips of them singing just knew I had to have them! They were extremely accommodating having a variety of packages to suit any event, including a DJ (Chris) in between sets who was also friendly and very professional. Any questions or concerns about the running of the night, songs and the music we had were dealt with promptly. They also offered heaps of suggestions on what would work best, based on their knowledge and experience. Ryan was also our MC for the night. He was organised, well-spoken and relaxed which helped the night to run effortlessly. I cannot tell you how amazing it was having an MC, live music and a DJ all in the one package! Amelia and Ryan’s positive energy and vibes contributed to such a successful night and we thank them for helping us to create memories that will last a life time.

We cannot thank Monique enough for our gorgeous wedding cake! Right from our initial meeting with Monique she catered for our needs in the design that we wanted. She has a huge range of flavours which we taste tested and her prices were straight forward and extremely reasonable. Monique is amazing at what she does, we ordered red velvet and our friends and family were commenting on just how delicious it was! I would highly recommend her.
