First things first, I promise, this is the only time it will be “all about me”. But with that said… here’s what you need to know.
I’ve “done” customer service all my life (let’s not talk numbers, suffice to say George Michael’s passing was truly devastating to me #firstcrush).
I’ve been the frontline agent, the operations manager, the business facilitator, the trainer, the policy developer. I climbed the corporate ladder, played the game, followed the rules. But then about 3 years ago I saw another way, a different path. And after 2 years of planning, I took the leap.
Now don’t get me wrong, I’m grateful for all the amazing experiences, lessons and most importantly the wonderful human beings I worked with throughout. But now, I get to put all my experience, my skills and my passion into creating something that ADDS VALUE to others – and I get to do it with every single client! Yeah, best job ever. And I’m really good at it.
