Sonia was so lovely to work with, planning with her and communication was always timely and smooth. You can tall Sonia and her daughter take a lot of pride in their cakes which not only look fantastic but taste amazing.

Fairytales Moonee Ponds have a get range of dresses for all tastes and are really well priced, but they lack in their customer service. I only felt that I mattered to the attendant once I had chosen a dress and committed to the sale. The staff gossip regardless of whose around and ignored me when I entered every time I went in. I also got my bridesmaids dresses from Fairytales as they were the only place I could find the dress I was after. We had multiple issues with them not notifying me when they came in (I found out 4 months later when I followed up) and then once they were collected the order form we received was not filled in correctly causing issues with sizing. On a positive note, the dress maker was the complete opposite off all other experiences we had in store and was lovely, made my bridesmaids feel great in their dresses and was very quick. I would recommend the dress maker but not Fairytales as a whole.
