From the outset Ross was a very kind and warm-hearted person. On our initial meeting, after collecting us from the station he invited us into his lovely home which was a very relaxed and pleasant chat. He discussed all the things, most of which we hadn’t really considered! He even proposed a wonderful way to make absent family from overseas part of the ceremony. Throughout the process, he talked us through all the critical paperwork, and even wrote a detailed script of the ceremony which only required minor tweaking. On the day he was a hit and since has his details passed on to our friends for their future wedding. Thanks Ross for such wonderful memories and for being part of our special day. There were some slight communication issues early on in the process but it was all sorted out on the day and it was exactly what we were after. The waiters were friendly and helpful and the food was gobbled down by the guests.
