It was a little bit stressful, the original coordinator was really difficult to work with but they swapped hands 48 hours before the wedding and they were excellent, our wedding was beautiful.

I was quite disappointed with the flowers unfortunately. The grooms buttonhole completely fell apart, and one of the roses in my bouquet was broken and some of the flowers that I wanted in there were dead.

She was really friendly and lovely, she had lots of ideas for us to use which was amazing. She did have a lot of weddings on the weekend of ours and it felt a bit rushed and she forgot a few things, our ceremony was still great though.

They were online only but they were so lovely to work with. They had online consultations which were great because you got to learn about different kinds of wedding dresses and the staff really knew their stuff.
