Located in the heart of the Adelaide Hills, just 25 minutes from the city, The Mill at Bridgewater is an iconic & truly unique Venue.
Built in 1860, exposed stonework, lush greenery and timber accents offer a rustic backdrop.
Beautiful inside spaces with two levels of mezzanines wrapping around the main Granary Hall to create a vibrant atmosphere.
Three tiers of outdoor decks offer gorgeous spaces in front of the original water wheel, the old rumbler, which turns majestically.
Our Fernery is an intimate space with large windows overlooking a lush fern garden and boasts an open fireplace.
This space is perfect for intimate weddings.

Greg & Kate Hobby welcome you to their family business of generosity, kindness, and love. Whether you have been planning this day since you were five years old, or have absolutely no idea where to start, our weddings and events manager will work closely with you to guide and assist you to whatever extent you like. We find great joy in building relationships during this special time and look forward to bringing your dreams to life.

Book your wedding for the winter months and enjoy your ceremony by the Openfire in our beautiful Fernery room, then a full reception in our stunning Granary Hall.
Our usual minimum numbers do not apply for the winter months, so if you're after a smaller, more intimate wedding in a stunning setting please contact us!
