Generally good to deal with although depends which staff member you interact with. I went twice to look at dresses and found 1 older lady great, but the next time she wasn't there and I was served by a pushy younger girl who told me every dress I put on was "stunning" and "the one". They also under quoted for alternations. But they have a great range and plenty of Australian designers.

Maria and her family were great to deal with, fast and recreated a bouquet from an image that was stunning. No one on the day knew my flowers were fake. They look vibrant and perfect in all my photos.

Beautiful venue, helpful staff, especially Susan. Plentiful food and an extensive wine list. took the hassle out of planning a wedding .
