Alyssa created the most beautiful two-tier wedding cake for our reception at Bendooley Estate, and with only two weeks notice! We knew we wanted an all white Lambeth cake and she was able to create a truly beautiful and classic cake that blew everyone away. I also am gluten-free and dairy-free, and that was no issue for Alyssa! She made the most delicious chocolate GF & DF cake. Guests honestly couldn't tell the difference. It was wonderful! She is also so kind and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Alyssa for your wedding!!
