After 25 years in corporate and a significant life experience, I decided I’d follow my passion – making beautiful cakes and desserts. I love making things that not only taste delicious but also look beautiful. Hearing people are happy, and enjoying eating all the things I things I've created, brings me joy. Whilst I had been baking for many years, inspired by my Grandmother, I developed my skills further, with training at Le Cordon Bleu so I could deliver the best for my customers.
