Paul was amazing. We wanted a picnic and paella. He delivered and then some. Also, all of the disposable plates and cups were paper or bamboo.

Mark was wonderful. His specific skill is being able to hold the space and command the room but also leaving space for the personalities of the couple. He is reverent and irreverent in equal measure. He designed the ceremony with us and was a consummate professional.
