Although most of the ladies I encountered in the store are lovely, I had very unpleasant experiences when trying on dresses. The assistant that helped me clearly did not want to be there, and she was quite gruff and rude with me to start with. When we were selecting dresses to try on, she was so impatient and when I asked to add one more dress, she visibly huffed at me in a very rude manner. It was not until after my bridesmaid suggested we look elsewhere that her attitude improved, but even then she was more interested in chatting to other brides than helping me. Unfortunately my dress shopping experience is not one that I look back on fondly.

Frank and Jackie were a dream to work with! Even from our first email enquiry, they returned with so much information which helped me immensely as an overwhelmed bride-to-be. Meeting them was an absolute pleasure, and again they were so willing to discuss our ideas and offered so much information to make our decision easier. It really felt like we were speaking with friends who understood our vision, and we felt confident leaving our wedding cake in their capable hands. It looked great on the day but more importantly, tasted divine! It was honestly the best wedding cake I have ever eaten. Now I just have to (not so) patiently wait for our first anniversary, so that I can defrost and devour the top tier!

Julia was the perfect celebrant for us! We wanted someone who would suit our personalities, and Julia fit the bill perfectly. Her bubbly nature and overflowing enthusiam just added to the excitement of planning a wedding. Our ceremony was so wonderful, and it was as if Julia had known us for years! Guests even asked about her, wondering if she was a close friend. She was exactly what we wanted, and I couldn't recommend her more!

Lakeside was the perfect place for us to have a mini getaway on the night of our wedding! It was just down the road from our venue, which made it convenient, and was also one of the few places that didn't require a two-night minimum stay. The set up of the bedroom is very romantic, and the spa bath was just what I needed to soak in the next day. My husband cooked up a yummy breakfast with the ingredients supplied, and we enjoyed our first morning as husband and wife in the beautiful open sunroom with an amazing view!

Booking with Kirsty was so fuss-free, she made the entire process so easy! During my trial she spent lots of time discussing with me what I wanted, and ran overtime to ensure everything was perfect. A couple of weeks before the big day, I had second thoughts about my hairstyle and contacted her asking questions and she just rolled with the punches. She and Katie were great on the day, everything went like clockwork and we all felt so beautiful!

DJ PeterD went well above and beyond his job, and I attribute everything running so smoothly on the day to his efforts! He does all the things you'd expect from a DJ (playing awesome music) and SO much more! At the pre-wedding session he asked not only about the music, but about our other details, and even got details of some of our other vendors in case there were any issues on the day so that he could chase things up if anything went awry. He was there from before the ceremony taking photos of guests, greeted me when I arrived at the chapel, took care of our ceremony music, made sure everything was in order during the reception and was involved right until the very end when we left the venue! He read the room so well, and we had so many guests up on the dance floor. He was the greatest DJ we could have asked for, but he was also so much more!!

Although getting all the information via email or communication can be a bit hard, this has no impact on the great job that Phenomena do! I was a bit hesitant booking with Phenomena at first, because at the time there were no reviews online or any information from previous clients. However meeting with them in person put my mind at ease, as their experience comes across clearly. We have not had our photos back yet, but I'm confident that I'll love them! We did get to see a sneak preview of our video online and absolutely love it! I tend to prefer to do most of my communcation via email, however if you're dealing with Phenomena it's best to do it by phone or in person and you won't have any issues!

We have only just returned from honeymoon, and still need to supply Phenomena with the songs we want in our video however have seen a sample on their website and they've done such a fantastic job! The video is amazing, and I teared up while watching it as it took me right back to the day.

Would recommend! Bianca worked with my tirelessly to work out a package that would suit my needs, and although a few things were forgotten/not passed onto staff on the night so we missed out on a few extras, we were well looked after and everybody had an amazing time!
