Wendy is such a lovely person and so easy to communicate with. She is confident & has a wonderful personality. Wendy gave us a huge range of information to help us through the running of the ceremony. On the wedding day Wendy looked beautiful very well presented and very professional.

Worst Service Ever!!! Not only did our bags take 40+ min to get to our rooms the front desk person didn't know how to use the computer &made us walk down the street to get cash out when we had already paid. No breakfast&we had paid for it in advance.
