Stayed in a Premier Suite. Stunning view of the Yarra. Didn't want to leave! TV in the bath (but no sound!). Was missing part of a meal from room service. Family stayed in another room with leak from the ceiling which left them with wet carpet. Expected much more.

We couldn't fault Julia! She's informative, organised, and quick to respond to emails. Many of our guests questioned how we found her and how brilliant she was. Julia really compliments the atmosphere of a wedding. She makes a great MC as well! You would not be disappointed!

The car we picked was just immaculate (1961 Rolls Royce Phantom), and our chauffeur went above and beyond to make the day that much more special. Such a gentleman!

Love her dresses more than any other designer's. Slight hiccup, however, with the alterations of my dress. I was due to pick it up three weeks before my wedding. Lining was perfect, but the top layer hadn't been done. Picked up another week later - much better. Was just inconvenient.

Stunning venue, and staff were amazing. So kind and professional. Service that was worthy of a queen! Food was thoroughly enjoyed!!
