She was able to work in some changes that happened on the day with my makeup line up and it did not seem to faze her. Also she made everyone especially myself just look and feel amazing. Fantastic!! We had Johnny and he was great. He made us feel comfortable which is hard for my husband when it comes to photos, and let us much around a little bit to get some fun candid photos, but also gave us great direction so that we were able to capture some amazing beautiful moments of me and my new husband. He let me get multiple photos with my dog and also knew a lot of different tricks to get my dress buttons done up!. Phenomena was easy to communicate with and all our photos are great quality. Ballara Receptions are amazing, from the first contact to our stress free wedding day. They made us feel so comfortable from day dot. They are so professional, run a tight ship and know what they are doing. They always responded promptly to any question, and had every answer. We didn't have to think of anything on the day, it was smooth sailing and i think most of it was due to the amazing staff at Ballara. There Facility is beautiful, with so many different areas to get photos that you feel like you were moving locations. The food was delicious and on time and they catered very well to all our dietary requirements. We had so many compliments from our friends and Family about Ballara which was just the icing on the cake. Thank you so so so much
