We were totally blown away not only by Ben's excellent quality and quantity of photos but his warm and personal service. From first contacting Ben he responded very promptly and without any pressure to go ahead, he was friendly and helpful, talked us through all the possible details of the day and gave us a good idea of what to expect if we went with him. We also appreciated knowing that Ben would be the photographer on the day and not someone else that we hadn't spoken to or seen their work. We were working with a modest budget and despite Ben's expertise and experience his pricing is very reasonable and so we were able to find a package that worked within our budget. Once we proceeded with Ben he was very responsive to our questions and communicative throughout the planning process. When it came time to plan the details of the day Ben struck the perfect balance of making sure important parts of the day were covered while leaving space for us to enjoy the day with friends and family and capturing candid moments in between. We had such a great time on the day with Ben, he went above and beyond to get plenty of great shots for us in a variety of locations with a mix of posed and candid shots, and worked really hard to make us feel comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera. His second photographer Jesse was also such an asset and captured some incredible shots and we are so thrilled he brought a valuable second perspective to the day for us. When we got our photos back we were impressed by the large quantity of high quality photographs with a natural edit which allowed us to relive all of the moments of the day and pick plenty of personal favourites from different parts of the day and with friends and family. We also loved the 'photographer's choice' subset of photographs with the enhanced edit, which gave us a wonderful highlight reel of the day from Ben's perspective with a few stunning shots which really stood out. Overall we couldn't be happier with the quality of the product and the service provided by Ben and at such a reasonable price it was excellent value. We would highly recommend Ben and his son Jesse to anyone in search of a skilled, dedicated, friendly wedding photographer.
