Jeandanielle is warm, bubbly and professional. We were comfortable with her right from our first meeting because she was so genuine about getting to know us. We knew that JD really cared about what we wanted and she made the whole process of organising our wedding ceremony stress free. She guided us through what a ceremony involves and how we could make it personal; helping us with suggestions for writing our own vows to proposing we have a hand tying ceremony at the conclusion of the service, which we did, while also making sure we ticked all the legal boxes. She put together a ceremony that reflected our relationship and presented it with such warmth, bringing smiles to our faces and tears to our eyes…and to those of our guests, who are still talking about how beautiful our ceremony was. We can’t thank JD enough for supporting us and helping us to create such a joyful, relaxed and wonderful ceremony.

We had a lovely time from the easy and efficient organisation of the venue, the food and the accommodation to our honeymoon stay in a 1 bed spa villa afterwards. Our event planner was efficient, well organised and the communication between her and ourselves was easy and prompt. She was on hand all the time prior to and on the day, working quietly in the background to answer any questions we had and to oversee both the wedding and the reception. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The Argus room was a lovely space for the reception; intimate and elegant . Many of our guests commented that the food was wonderful and the event the best wedding they had been to. Most stayed at Peppers and enjoyed their time there as we most certainly did. Can't recommend Peppers highly enough as a wedding venue.
