But don’t just take our word for it. We chatted with Steven Fleming from That Celebrant Guy to find out how he uses the WedCRM app to manage his business while he’s on the go.
How long have you been using WedCRM app?
I signed up with Easy Weddings at the end of last year and have been using the WedCRM app from day dot. I downloaded it as an induction tool and have even been using it more than the WedCRM web dashboard.
As soon as an enquiry comes through I know instantly on the spot rather than having to set aside a time to look at my enquiries.

How do you use the WedCRM app?
While I’ll use WedCRM if I’m sitting down at a computer doing some work, the app is really handy for when I’m out and about. It means I can take a phone call, look at an email and chat to couples, while still being able to take notes on the go.
I think it’s really important to use both the app and the web dashboard. The dashboard offers more robustness in terms of what you can do, but the app itself is just so useful if you’re not in front of a computer. It means I can still manage enquiries and my business on the go.
I also find that enquiries are easier to view on the app as they’re all listed from the top to the bottom, rather than set out into categories. So I can flick through everyone who has enquired without having to remember who I’ve already booked meetings with or who might have received a quote.
What do you like most about the app?
I like the accessibility that the app offers. It’s very handy when you’re thinking about a particular date or a name, or anything along those lines, to pull out the phone and see notes about the couple you’re talking to. Or even to takes notes on the spot rather than doing it later or waiting until you’re in front of a computer.
I also definitely recommend allowing push notifications for the app. As soon as an enquiry comes through I know instantly on the spot rather than having to set aside a time to look at my enquiries. Getting a notification makes it so much easier.
