If you haven’t informed us of the change, you could be missing out on valuable leads from potential customers and you’re not getting the most value out of your advertising.

Your email address is our main point of contact, and if we don’t have the correct one, you’re missing out on, among other things:

– Supplier Connect requests from potential customers
– All communications from Easy Weddings (which may include specials or account-related queries)
– Our exclusive Pro-Education newsletters which provide stories, tips and tricks for maximising your business’ presence online
– Website Notifications of visitors who have come to you via Easy Weddings

“If we don’t know that you’ve changed your email address, any specific enquiries coming from your profile page will be lost because they’re going to the wrong address,” says Ryan Jenkins, Easy Weddings’ Sale Manager.

“Specific requests are three times more valuable than a website referral because they are requesting a brochure or contact from your business specifically, so if we don’t have an up-to-date email address to notify of that request, it is a wasted lead and may lead to an unhappy bride who probably won’t come back.”
