We’re thrilled with the response to our second Five-Star Supplier awards. This year, we sent out more than 1200 framed certificates to Easy Weddings’ suppliers across the country whose customers consistently rated them five stars over the past 12 months.
This is the second year Easy Weddings has sent out our Five-Star Supplier awards, all with the aim of ensuring those suppliers who have provided brides with exemplary service time and time again receive a little extra recognition.
“It’s been truly humbling to hear from suppliers who’ve received their certificates just how much they mean to them,” says Ryan Jenkins, Easy Weddings’ National Sales Manager.
“We know how hard you work all year around and we wanted to recognise suppliers for that stellar effort in a tangible way that publicly acknowledges those efforts – and what’s better than an impressive, framed certificate to shout it to the world?”
And, over the past 12 months, we’ve seen the awards hanging in hotel foyers, on restaurant walls and at expos throughout the country.
Every award is hand sorted, built and packed by an Easy Weddings staff member.
“Getting ready to send out our Supplier frames is already a highlight of the Easy Weddings calendar,” says Ryan who, in particular, loves watching for clients who post their award pics on social Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest.
The entire EW team gets together for an evening to build and pack every single frames by hand.
“By the end of it, we all have very sore thumbs, but it’s well worth the effort just to thank those clients who consistently provide an amazing service to brides, over-deliver on their expectations and, in doing so, give Australia’s wedding such a great name.”
Ryan says that his goal is to send out 30 per cent more frames next year and hopes more suppliers will aim to boost their reviews and ratings over the coming 12 months.
To be in the running for a Five-Star Supplier framed certificate next year, clients must receive five or more reviews with a 4.5 or above average.
