Meet the newlyweds who just won our $2,500 cash giveaway
When Natalie left reviews for her wedding suppliers, she simply wanted to say thank you. After a wedding filled with people who went above and beyond, helping their businesses felt like the least she could do. She had no idea there was a $2,500 surprise in store.

I put the reviews up for the vendors soon after we returned from our honeymoon because I wanted to help their businesses.

Natalie and her husband, Brendon, are our latest Easy Weddings Cash Giveaway winners. And while their wedding and honeymoon might be over, the winnings will help make their first Christmas as a married couple a little more special.
Their story began five years ago at karate, where Brendon was Natalie’s first Sensei. There was a connection from the beginning, although it would be another two years before they went on their first date.
“For many reasons, the timing was not right, but there was something there from the get go,” Natalie says. “Two years after first meeting him, he asked me out on a date and the rest is history.”
And the love of karate has lasted, too. Natalie is now working towards her first Dan.“He truly got me hooked.”
When it came to planning their wedding, Natalie turned to Easy Weddings to find the team who would bring it all together. Her venue, chauffeur, makeup artist and photographer were all suppliers she discovered on the site.
“Easy Weddings was absolutely amazing,” she says. “I found my chauffeur, makeup artist, photographer and venue from this site.”
The couple married at Burswood on Swan, celebrating both their wedding and reception at the venue. For Natalie, the people behind the day were a huge part of what made it so memorable.
Her hair and makeup team from Starlet Concepts made sure she felt special.
“My makeup artist and hair stylist from Starlet Concepts were brilliant and, at the age of 53, they made me look like a princess.”
Stardust Chauffeurs impressed from the very first enquiry, contacting Natalie as soon as she reached out through Easy Weddings.
And Lily from Klik Photography continued the thoughtful service well after the celebrations, personally delivering the couple’s photographs and complimentary video footage just one week after they returned from their honeymoon.
“To be honest, all the vendors we used were outstanding and I would use them all again,” Natalie says.
Being able to read reviews, check price ranges and contact suppliers directly helped Natalie find a team she felt happy recommending to other couples. Once she was home, she wanted to add her own experience to the mix.
As a psychologist who previously ran her own business, she knew how much those words could mean.
“I know how important it is to receive positive publicity and reviews.”
Now, that thoughtful gesture has been followed by an unexpected win. Natalie plans to put the prize towards Christmas presents for her 16-year-old son, along with something special for Brendon.
“I am so grateful for this giveaway,” she says. “Thank you so much, Easy Weddings.”
