One of the main reasons we chose Kooyonga Golf Club as the venue for the wedding, was Lavinia. The wedding coordinator. From the moment we stepped foot in the venue on the first showing, Lavinia impressed us with her attention to detail. The venue itself was everything we wanted, modern, clean and elegant and working with Kooyonga and Lavinia was absolutely seamless. Our wedding was absolutely amazing and a lot of that was thanks to the work Lavinia and her team put in on the day and in the lead up. I cannot recommend Kooyonga enough as a venue for any couple getting married in the future.

Don’t bother with other venues, just go with this one!! El is such a legend. She was answering my questions day or night , she was our personal cheerleader on the day and she is just an absolute ray of sunshine making every interaction with Leonards Hill Estate a dream. When visiting other venues , I don’t think we along with anyone more than we did with El and Keith who truly are down to earth, honest people who are very passionate about making your wedding dreams a reality. This is what you want in a venue team - people who are easy going enough so you can ask any silly question you have but also upbeat and positive enough to share the joy with on the day. Not to mention they are very honest and will tell you if they are not sure (and will get back to you with answers ASAP) but will definitely deliver on any promises made. They are a professional team to work with. And the venue Omg!! It’s the perfect mix between outdoorsy (we got married under the beautiful tree) and classy (the shed at night with the soft lighting is so dreamy)- I want to say modern australiana! Not to mention the abundance of kangaroos who roam around the property which just adds to the Australiana feel of the whole venue. It’s also very customisable and allows for couples to bring their own personal style without clashing with the exisiting buildings/interiors and gardens. Another huge plus point is that it’s in Daylesford which is a lovely place in Victoria for out of towners to spend a weekend in and it was very easy to find accom, brunch spots and things to do for our guests. All of our guests felt the wedding was so relaxed and intimate and this really comes down to the venue. There’s some parking spots too and easy access for buses to drop off your guest. I also loved that there are several customisable packages to suit couples of every budget and I felt their pricing was very reasonable given the high cost of everything these days- they also were happy for us to choose our own vendors and fully customise what we wanted and didn’t want according to our budget. The vendors they suggested were also a very important part of our success on the day- every vendor that was recommended felt like they had been intentionally chosen by El and we were very happy to work with these local and small businesses which made sure the money we spent on this wedding would also stay in the Daylesford community to support their local economy. Another huge plus point was having the homestead on site where we stayed with the bridal party- there was no rush to get to the venue after getting ready because we could simply walk across the courtyard and get the ceremony started. I could keep going on but if you want a wedding that - is based in a modern , Australian venue - Is customisable to suit your individual needs and style - Is Intentional and sustainable (they are solar powered too!) - Your money will go to a family run business and vendors in the Daylesford local economy - Will be remembered by all your guests - Has a team who is an absolute joy to work with I would highly recommend Leonards Hill Estate!!

Beach Road is an amazing venue with stunning views and surrounds, delicious food and wine and fantastic service. To top it off, the wedding coordinator, Adrienne, is phenomenal! She was always so kind and helpful and helped iron out all of the details of our wedding. One of our guests also had a minor medical emergency at the reception, and Adrienne and the Beach Road team were fantastic, calling an ambulance, making sure the guest got medical attention and keeping us all calm. Despite this unexpected event, the night was amazing. Thanks Beach Road Wines x

Highly recommend! Sarah and her team are outstanding and provide amazing support from day one. It was such a stress relief knowing we were in good hands and that not a single detail would be forgotten or missed. If we had any questions or wanted advice, we could reach out at anytime. On the day, things could not have gone any smoother! The scenery, the organisation, and especially the food - everything was perfect! It’s been weeks and guests are still telling us how amazing of a time they had. We told Sarah from the start that we wanted it to feel like a party and just have fun and everyone definitely did! We can’t thank her and her team enough for helping us make our dream come true <3

Ginninderry homestead was the only venue we looked at, it was a no brainer we would get married here during the first meeting. Beautiful views wherever you go. It had the convenience of both the ceremony/reception at the one place. We felt well looked after throughout the entire process. Great communication and an affordable wedding venue. Highly recommend!

We couldn't have dreamed of a better experience with them and the venue as a whole. What really stood out to us was just how attentive Kirby and Hannah were. The location was perfect for our intimate wedding, the food was exceptional, and the service was beyond compare. The Boathouse Shelly Beach were great to deal with from the start. From our first meeting we knew we wanted to have our Wedding there. The venue is very special, but the staff take it to the next level. They were so accommodating, efficient and lovely. The staff that worked on the night of our small wedding were excellent. They were friendly, efficient and made the night so wonderful. Everyone commented on how good the food and wine was. We had such an amazing night and can't thank them enough.

Julia & the crew was a delight to work with. They know what they are doing. Panama's food was consistently amazing. From our initial dining as guests to food tasting to the D-day, they didn't fail to deliver. Almost all of our guests have complimented how divine the dishes were. The team was also very light to work with. Easy to instruct and they are very professional and proactive. They know how to anticipate things. We will definitely be coming back to Panama, even as guests or maybe doing our next event there as well. They are superb!
