We had our wedding at Fergusson Winery & Restaurant in early October, and we truly couldn’t speak more highly of Sarah and her incredible team! Fergusson is an absolutely amazing venue. We stayed in the onsite homestead the night before our wedding, which was such a highlight. The space is large, beautiful, and full of fantastic getting-ready photo opportunities. It made the morning of our wedding feel relaxed, smooth, and genuinely enjoyable. The night prior, we had the option of using the vineyard, lawn, or barrel room for our ceremony. With some inclement weather around, we decided on the barrel room, and it was the perfect choice! The space was absolutely stunning and not a disappointment in the slightest. Our bridal party, guests, and vendors were all incredibly comfortable throughout the ceremony. The food deserves a special mention. From the canapés through to dessert, both the quality and quantity were outstanding. Everything was absolutely delicious, and every guest finished the night completely satisfied, no one went home hungry! All of the staff on the night were so welcoming, kind, and professional, helping everything run seamlessly from start to finish. From the very beginning, Sarah was phenomenal! She was completely on top of every detail and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. We truly cannot speak highly enough of Sarah and her team at Fergusson, thank you for giving us the most incredible wedding day!

We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect wedding venue than Bonfire Station. We had our ceremony and reception here in November 2025, and we truly had the best day of our lives thanks to this stunning venue and the team. Bonfire has the most breathtaking views of the Cathedral Ranges, beautiful open spaces, convenient onsite accommodation, and a relaxed atmosphere that our guests loved. The lakeside ceremony location was gorgeous, and the fire later in the evening created a great space to socialise during the breaks from dancing the barn. Florine and the entire team were exceptional. Communication in the lead-up was seamless, and on the day the staff made sure everything ran smoothly and that we and our guests were extremely well looked after, allowing us to completely relax and enjoy the day. The food was outstanding. We chose the Texas BBQ package, and guests are still raving about both the quality and quantity of the food (second helpings, yes please)! We couldn’t recommend Bonfire Station enough for anyone wanting a stunning venue and a relaxed, unforgettable wedding day.

My husband and I had our wedding at the Sunshine Beach Surf Life Saving Club in October 2022. The venue for the ceremony and reception was perfect for my husband and I in terms of location, cost and the overall experience. The surf club is located right on the beach with full ocean frontage from the ocean lawn and 180 degree views from the reception room. The food was incredible and the staff catered to all of our dietary needs. We will definitely be coming back in future and will be recommending this venue to anyone that is looking to have their wedding on the Sunshine Coast. It’s hard to put into words how amazing this venue is! Jane and her team are so friendly, the vibes are always amazing, the food is always incredible, our guests were blown away by the food and how beautiful the atmosphere is. It was a dream getting married on the beautiful lawn area! It couldn’t have been more perfect! We can’t thank them enough for helping make our day so special.

My husband and I booked Ginninderry Homestead for our wedding. We booked the accomodation for the night before and the night of the wedding, the billiard space for 2 hours prior to the ceremony, the ceremony space for our ceremony, and a 75 person 2 course plated sit down with dessert for our reception. Amelia, the owner, was an absolute dream to work with. She was incredibly professional throughout the whole process and was open to my myriad of questions leading up to the day. The day of, she was onsite from 2pm but was able to be easily communicated with before that. Her whole staff were so professional, tidy and lovely people to be served by. The venue itself is stunning and even just getting a few of our sneak peak photos back, the range of scenery there makes the whole experience worth it in and of itself. Our meal was delicious, the package we went with included a grazing table for the cocktail hour, an entrée with two options (alternate drop), a main with two options (alternate drop) and a dessert with two options (alternate drop). We have had amazing feedback from all the guests we spoke to about the food, and the few that had to request a last minute modification upon serving were re-served quickly and efficiently without complaint. Speaking of modifications, Amelia and the team were fantastic with all the random dietary requirements leading up to the day, and were gracious in allowing me to modify past our initial confirmation of guests and dietaries as we had some last minute drop outs and changes. The caravan that drinks were served from is just the best touch of whimsy that added to the ambience of the day. We also opted to have complimentary lawn games for our cocktail hour, which seems like such a small thing but made the cocktail hour really enjoyable for our guests while my husband and I were off taking photos. Our accommodation experience for both nights were fantastic, breakfast was continental but hit the spot exactly for the nerves I was feeling, and Amelia was also able to accommodate for dietaries there as well. Falling asleep to the sound of the creek the night before, really transported my into the headspace I needed for the day and was just a magical touch. Also, and I can't emphasise this enough, you cannot take a bad photo of the place, so you can rest assured that all your wedding photography will be absolutely stunning. Ginninderry Homestead was the perfect wedding experience. Coming from the country ourselves, my husband and I couldn't have asked for a better, more suited to us as a couple, space for our day.

We cannot recommend Manly Pavillion enough! We had the best day of our lives and couldn’t be happier with how everything went. Sherlie and the team were so attentive, helpful and wonderful to work with. We felt so well looked after and had a lovely bridal attendant on the day. The food was incredible and our guests haven’t stopped raving about it. One of my favourite things about Manly Pavillion was how easy they made wedding planning. We opted to go with the in-house florist, who did such an incredible job with the flowers and made our vision come to life. We also got our cake through them, and each flavour was delicious. We wish we could do it all again! Thank you Boathouse!

The Ed is a hidden gem for weddings I would encourage future couples to consider. The pavilion room is filled with natural light and greenery behind the glass, it gives a modern airy outdoor chapel feel. The beer garden is transformed into the perfect reception party venue with the canopy to protect from any weather, and built in wooden booths and fairy lights meaning the space is easily elevated with a small amount of flowers. The staff are all gorgeous, friendly and warm. The catering through the Ed is an easy process and our guests were certainly full! Our wedding was absolutely flawless beginning to end and being a central location, our guests could easily come and go as they pleased. We’ve had great feedback from all of our guests and still can’t believe we fit over 100 of them in there and felt like we had plenty of room! We highly recommend The Ed for your wedding venue.
