The Boathouse Shelly Beach were great to deal with from the start. From our first meeting we knew we wanted to have our Wedding there. The venue is very special, but the staff take it to the next level. They were so accommodating, efficient and lovely. The staff that worked on the night of our small wedding were excellent. They were friendly, efficient and made the night so wonderful. Everyone commented on how good the food and wine was. We had such an amazing night and can't thank them enough.

We cannot recommend Manly Pavillion enough! We had the best day of our lives and couldn’t be happier with how everything went. Sherlie and the team were so attentive, helpful and wonderful to work with. We felt so well looked after and had a lovely bridal attendant on the day. The food was incredible and our guests haven’t stopped raving about it. One of my favourite things about Manly Pavillion was how easy they made wedding planning. We opted to go with the in-house florist, who did such an incredible job with the flowers and made our vision come to life. We also got our cake through them, and each flavour was delicious. We wish we could do it all again! Thank you Boathouse!

Rhett and Ezra Wedding October 4, 2025 We would like to start this review by saying we highly recommend The Blue Water Bar and Grill 10000000000000000 % to everyone who is looking for a venue/supplier. Simone is very accommodating since day 1 of our wedding planning. From the day we enquired until days after our wedding she stayed genuine. We never felt scared that we might be asking silly questions even in times we ran out of ideas, she always have the answer. We are the type of couple who is practical and we didn’t want to spend crazy money for our wedding and sometimes when talking to suppliers this can feel intimidating but with Simone it feels like we can talk about budget without the feeling of being judged. Talking about finances with her feels comfortable. It never felt she was “selling” it felt like she really cares and that’s what made us feel we definitely made the right choice. Simone, you are truly an extraordinary wedding event manager. You made our dream wedding become a beautiful reality with such passion and creativity. Every detail you touch becomes something magical, and your patience, warmth, and professionalism shines through in everything you do. As a bride planning a wedding you are like my wedding fairy god-mother. As Rhett’s groomsman said in his speech, our wedding looks like it came out from a fairytale and this wouldn’t be possible without your help. Simone’s decorating skills are top notch, all we did was tell her what theme we are after, color preferences and send some sample photos from pinterest then she does her “simone effect” then voilahhhh literally it’s like she have a magic wand. Everything we have imagined, how we want the set up to look like came out exactly how we want it to be. Trusting her was the right choice. I am very OCD with these things and I over think and over stress but my hubby said… let her do her thing and I was happy I listened. To all the couples who are looking for a beach wedding and a romantic reception, do yourself a favour and stop looking. Go straight to The Bluewater Bar and Grill. We had a lot of excellent compliments about the beach and reception set up and the food OMG we can’t stop eating. If food is a big factor to your wedding planning, then yes , we can definitely say the food was yummmm. We would like to thank Simone and the whole team of The Bluewater Bar and Grill. Thank you for making our wedding day one to cherish for the rest of our lifetime. We can go on and on saying nice things but I feel like it wouldn’t be enough. Your team is truly a blessing to us. Long Reef Golf Club (LRGC) was the first venue we enquired with and from the start, they were the most hospitable, interpersonal and reasonably priced venue that met out requirements. We looked at about 5 other venues before settling on LRGC. They made the process easy, they had complimentary events such as a wedding tasting experience and each staff member we interacted with was super friendly and helpful. The wedding day itself turned out to be perfect, both with how the reception went and the extraordinary photos captured on the golf course and overlooking the ocean. Also, a majority our guests were not from the Northern Beaches, and had high praise seeing this venue for the first time. A few major shoutouts: to Holly for introducing us to LRGC, to Lucy for coordinating an amazing night, and a special shout-out to Melanie for guiding us through the whole process. I would highly recommend LRGC as a wedding venue!

We were recently married at Kings Creek Vineyard and it was perfect! From our first visit Kim & Ian were so incredibly helpful & kind, working with us to make the day exactly what we wanted. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The venue itself is stunning, with beautiful vineyard views and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. We also loved being able to enjoy such amazing wines throughout the day. Thank you Kim & Ian for helping us make our day so special 💗

Warrawong Estate is an absolutely beautiful venue. It is a hidden gem that has picturesque views, a gorgeous ceremony area, with a gorgeous woolshed that brings romantic rustic vibes. As soon as we viewed the venue we knew it was the venue for us. The team at Warrawong, made planning and preparing for our wedding extremely easy. Rachel was extremely attentive via emails and answered every question we had. As a DIY venue it was fabulous to have the ability to chose our menu, drinks and style our reception with our own personal details. My husband and I are so very grateful to the amazing team at Warrawong estate for helping to make our day so wonderful!

Beach Road is an amazing venue with stunning views and surrounds, delicious food and wine and fantastic service. To top it off, the wedding coordinator, Adrienne, is phenomenal! She was always so kind and helpful and helped iron out all of the details of our wedding. One of our guests also had a minor medical emergency at the reception, and Adrienne and the Beach Road team were fantastic, calling an ambulance, making sure the guest got medical attention and keeping us all calm. Despite this unexpected event, the night was amazing. Thanks Beach Road Wines x

We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect wedding venue than Bonfire Station. We had our ceremony and reception here in November 2025, and we truly had the best day of our lives thanks to this stunning venue and the team. Bonfire has the most breathtaking views of the Cathedral Ranges, beautiful open spaces, convenient onsite accommodation, and a relaxed atmosphere that our guests loved. The lakeside ceremony location was gorgeous, and the fire later in the evening created a great space to socialise during the breaks from dancing the barn. Florine and the entire team were exceptional. Communication in the lead-up was seamless, and on the day the staff made sure everything ran smoothly and that we and our guests were extremely well looked after, allowing us to completely relax and enjoy the day. The food was outstanding. We chose the Texas BBQ package, and guests are still raving about both the quality and quantity of the food (second helpings, yes please)! We couldn’t recommend Bonfire Station enough for anyone wanting a stunning venue and a relaxed, unforgettable wedding day.
