We would definitely suggest to come in for a site inspection as it will help you visualise the event.

Often we hear our venue is so much better than what they pictured based on images they've seen online.

In the case you are not able to come in, perhaps a family member or a close friend can come in for you and meet our Team. We would also send you loads of pictures!

We definitely would recommend it if you can! Our couples often say that they fell in love with the property from when they first drove in and walked around. Coming in person gives you a true sense of the venue space & layout, atmosphere & charm and just whether you can see yourself saying "I Do" in the setting, taking all your photos and sitting in the ballroom looking out at the space. Photographs can unfortuantely be editted or conveniently leave out areas of a venue so by visiting you are sure you know everything and what it is likely to be like on your special day! It's also about meeting the team members who are going to be with you on this journey - both in the planning stage and helping to run it all on the big day. Feeling comfortable with them and seeing that they are knowledgeable professionals will help to remove some of that stress that can come with wedding planning!

In saying this, we have had couples book who lived interstate or overseas - with the technology today we can do so much over email, skype, facebook etc so dont stress too much if you cant as we can still walk you around or show you a virtual tour. We also welcome having a family representative or friend to come have a walk around just for your peace of mind.

I think it is very important to view the venue in person as i beleive photos do not always do justice to how the actual venue looks or how the venue will suit what you are looking for in a venue to make your special day, Special. It is also a good time to meet the operators of the venue to dicuss your actual requirements for your special day.

A MUST DO! We've found couples repeatedly say our venue is better than the website and video, yet often they say this is not the case. With the financial outlay for your venue, if you cannot visit at least have a family member or close friend visit and take photos. Also couples have booked with us because they have felt comfortable meeting us and discovering our casual, relaxed attitude.

Viewing a venue in person is extremely important as it offers an immediate atmosphere of the venue as well as starting a personal relationship with those coordinating your special day. A venue walkthrough would also provide a snapshot of the venue's approach to weddings, from the arrival of guests, the timing of the ceremony, and the flow into the reception, which would help clarify if the venue is right for you.

Extremely important.  You can't get to know a feel for the place in photos, as well as you can when you view the actual space.  Its good to meet the team who will be looking after you as well to make sure they are on the same page as you, and that you get a feeling that it all just feels right.  Its hard to imagine layout and size of a roomwithout seeing it, and then get to know what ist close to and how that meets your needs with doing photos after the ceremony.  Photos definitly don't always do a place justice, site visits are amust for weddings.

Seeing the venue in real life is so different than seeing a venues images on social media or their website. As you would know from taking a holiday some places only show the best side or use stock images. Seeing it in real life means you can picture your wedding and it also gives you the opportunity to meet the venue coordinator and create a ralationship with them as they will be the one ensuring your day runs smoothly.

Extremely important, a non-negotiable! Some venues photographer better than others and the reality isn't exactly what you had hoped for. It is so important to view the venue in person, get a feel for it and most importantly like the team behind it! You are trusting these people with a very big portion of your big day. If you don't love the space as much as your fiance, don't commit!
