Chateau Yering Hotel can accommodate indoor weddings for up to 130 guests, with no set minimum. We also have extensive lawn space and the ability to host larger weddings in an outdoor marquee.

Yes. Our grounds, ceremony areas & hotel suites are wheelchair accessible.
We offer both indoor and outdoor options for your wedding ceremony. As we only book one wedding per day, we have the flexibility to relocate if the weather is too hot/cold or windy. Final decision is made 24 hours prior.
Yes we are very flexible to allow you to decorate to suit your personal taste. As we are heritage listed, no items can be fixed to the roof or ceiling
Our beverage packages start at $60.00 per person, with our premium selection at $120.00 per person.
Alternately, you are welcome to charge your beverages on consumption and select items from our lists that meet your tastes and price point.
Yes Menu tasting is included in the overall venue hire for the Bride & Groom.
No additional charge for cutting & serving of your Wedding Cake. Your choice of either serving your cake on platters to each table or placing in bags/boxes for your guests to take home
You are welcome to organise your own music of any kind, so long as the bass is kept at a minimum level as we are a residential hotel. Music must conclude at 11pm.

Hi,
Chateau Yering Hotel is located in the Yarra Valley (1 hour from Melbourne) and we cater for a maximum of 130 people, however we do not have any minimum numbers or minimum spends and can certainly cater for 60 people.

Any suggestions? Wanting at least 2 night minimum for accomdation that will cater for minimum of 10-20 guests. As most family will be from interstate.

We can most certainly offer a brunch Wedding,
$50 per person, for a buffet hot and cold brunch.
Beverages can be charged on consumption, or for a package its $60 per person
There is also a venue hire of $2000, this includes the use of the grounds for your photos, ceremony, etc
