No, absolutely not! Leave the nitty-gritty details to your coordinator or your wedding planner! —they work with run sheets every day and know exactly what needs to happen and how it should all look. You just focus on the fun stuff—we’ve got the rest covered!

Yes – we’re pet-friendly! Your furry friend is more than welcome to be part of your ceremony (and the photos!). Just make sure someone is in charge of their care throughout the day and night. We have 2 pet friendly rooms in the hotel for overnight stays.

Absolutely. Your dedicated coordinator will be on-site to manage logistics, liaise with vendors, and keep everything running smoothly—so you can relax and soak it all in.

No need to worry—we’ll safely pack up your items and have them ready for collection the next day during bump-out before 10am.

We absolutely adore vineyard (outdoor) weddings – they’re stunning and full of charm! However, there are a few important things to keep in mind when planning an outdoor celebration in this space:

  • Weather Elements: The vineyard area is completely open, meaning it’s exposed to wind, rain, sun, heat & bugs. There is no natural shade until the sun sets or if the day is overcast. Because of this, we strongly recommend hiring umbrellas or similar shade solutions for guest comfort during the day/afternoon.
  • Lighting: There is no built-in lighting in the vineyard area, so you’ll need to arrange external lighting (festoon or fairy) if your event extends into the evening. We’re more than happy to recommend trusted local suppliers as we already have pricing on hand.
  • Additional Costs: Vineyard weddings incur an additional fee of $5 per person.
  • Table Hire: Lancemore Milawa will hire tables on your behalf and this fee will be included in your final invoice.
  • Changes Due to Weather: If you’ve been quoted and contracted for a vineyard wedding but choose to move indoors due to weather, the pricing will remain the same. We encourage all couples to have a wet weather backup plan and to consider the trade-offs before committing. Final confirmation on wet weather back up will be 24hrs.
  • Guest Numbers: Capacity is another factor to consider. While we can seat up to 120 guests comfortably indoors, the vineyard layout may accommodate a different number. Please discuss your guest list with your coordinator to ensure the best fit or have a marquee booked as a back up option.
Your coordinator is here to support you every step of the way, so feel free to reach out with any questions or if you’d like help sourcing suppliers or making a weather contingency plan.

Absolutely! We love it when couples bring in their own luxurious and colorful linens to add a personal touch. We can also recommend trusted suppliers if needed. These will need to be delivered no later than 24 hours before the wedding day. Please ensure they are clean and ready to be set as-is, as we cannot take responsibility for ironing, cleaning, or presenting items that arrive in an unsuitable condition.

Yes! We have plenty of on-site parking for your guests, free of charge.

As a small boutique hotel with a limited team, early check-in isn’t guaranteed. This is also why we recommend a 4:30pm ceremony—to give your guests plenty of time to settle in and get ready. If rooms are ready early, we’ll absolutely check guests in as soon as possible. Otherwise, they’re more than welcome to drop their luggage at reception in the meantime.

Typically, we don't offer a formal recovery package. However, if you would like, your coordinator can create a detailed per-person lunch / dinner package for you. We also highly recommend encouraging your guests to explore the sights of Milawa and support some of our wonderful local businesses the following day!

There was no question that Lindenwarrah was going to be our wedding venue. After visiting the area and sharing a meal, we knew this was the place for us. The wedding coordinator, Maria, was very accomodating and let our vision run wild, meaning that everything was exactly how we envisioned and the planning was an easy process. Everyone was impressed with the meals, the set up and the service of the waitresses and waiters. Will recommend to everyone.

We had some initial issues because their wedding coordinator had moved on but once we sorted that out - they were amazing! It’s a 40 room book out and you get the venue to yourselves. They were so flexible with everything and we had such an amazing time here. Cree their new wedding coordinator is an absolute gem!!

Staying at Lindenwarrah the night before and night of our wedding was everything we could have asked for. The bridal suite was huge and accommodated for all our wedding morning needs and the staff went over and above with every request, including printing our speeches the morning of the wedding.
