We had the most wonderful wedding weekend at Lancemore Milawa. Everything came together beautifully, and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue or experience for such a special occasion. A huge part of this was Olivia, our wedding coordinator, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly organised, responsive and proactive throughout the entire planning process, always happy to help, even with late-night messages and all the little details that inevitably come with planning a wedding. When a few of our vendors cancelled, Olivia went above and beyond to help us find replacements and make sure everything stayed on track. She also communicated seamlessly with our photographer, content creator and other suppliers, which made the entire process so much easier and gave us real peace of mind heading into the weekend. The venue itself looked stunning on the day, with the grounds beautifully manicured and everything feeling well cared for. Our guests had a wonderful stay, the breakfast was excellent, and the food and variety of drinks were great. The little touches throughout the outdoor dining spaces made everything feel thoughtful and special, and the event hire and stationery suppliers Olivia recommended were also fantastic. What stood out most was how much care and attention went into making the whole weekend feel seamless. Weddings involve so many moving parts, and having a venue and coordinator you can trust makes an enormous difference. Olivia genuinely helped bring our vision to life, and we are so grateful for the time, effort and care she put into making our wedding weekend everything we hoped it would be. We would wholeheartedly recommend Lancemore Milawa to anyone considering it for their wedding. It was the perfect setting for our celebration, and we’ll always look back on our weekend there with wonderful memories.
