The beautiful Balinese Pavilion on Airlie Point is a dream come true venue.

It is a genuine waterview location on the tip of Airlie Beach which looks over the beautiful Whitsunday waters, creating a picture-perfect ceremony.

Close to the pavilion is an undercover function area - perfect for large or small receptions with an oceanfront view. And, we can assist with delectable catering options, bars and staffing.

Right in the heart of Airlie Beach, the pavilion is surrounded by luscious green scenery and a calm beach which stretches out to the azure ocean. 

Functions manager Samantha Hayward can assist with weddings of all types and sizes, and pricing begins from $770 at the pavilion.

The Whitsunday Sailing Club was the perfect venue for our wedding. Our ceremony was at the Pavilion Hut which has amazing views. Our reception was in the function area at the Whitsunday Sailing Club. Our wedding was small and intimate so these two locations worked really well for us. The events manager was so helpful throughout the process and was always available via email or phone call if I had any questions.

Excellent location, ideal for us as we wanted the same location for both ceremony and reception. The Sailing Club manager changed a few times during our planning stage, but we were able to contact them easily. The kitchen closed for renovations so we had to source an external food vendor, and there are limited beverage options (RTD cans and spirits only, no glass).

Whitsunday Wedding pavilion is a Bali Hut on the point/water at the Whitsunday Sailing Club. It is looking out over Airlie Beach and the Whitsunday Islands. it does not get much Better.
