Is there any extra cost like venue hire, cake cutting etc?
Not at all! Our wedding packages are all-inclusive, including canape service, catering, beverage package, DJ, venue hire, cake cutting, tea/coffee and more! You only have to pay for any flower/balloon decoration required or any other extras.
Do you offer parking?
Birkenhead Point Centre has plenty of parking space. We offer special price for our guests: $5 per car (unlimited time).
Do you offer Kids menu?
Our Kids menu is $25 per head and includes one Kids meal with ice cream and unlimited soft drinks.
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
Yes, we do cater for ALL dietary requirements and our kitchen is also halal certified. Just let us know the requirements at least 10 days prior to your wedding and our Chef will create a special menu!
How do I confirm a booking?
To have your booking confirmed, you will need to place a deposit of $1000. This deposit is not refundable if you cancel within three months prior the event.
When is the final payment due?
Final guests number is required 9 working days prior to your function date. This will be the minimum charged on your final invoice and can be increased but not decreased. Final payment can be made via cash, cheque or credit card. Full Payment must be received by Café Birkenhead at least 72 hours prior to your function date.
Can we start earlier than 7pm?
A surcharge of $500 per hour applies if the venue is required earlier.
