About

Albi began his journey when he left school at the age of 13 to become a chef. His determination and passion to succeed encouraged him to travel through Europe while working under 2 and 3 Michelin star chefs. In 2013, Albi worked in Sydney's top 3 hatted restaurant, Quay. In 2015 he celebrated his achievements establishing Albi’s Table, a now very popular restaurant located in the central hub of Cronulla. In 2017 Albi was proud to launch another restaurant, Albi’s Taverna.
