Yes, with prior arrangements. Our world class Chef's are very adverse with all dietary requirements inclusive of health and religious requirements and are very articulate with catering to all dietaries.

Yes certainly, we understand a tentative placement is required without any contractual agreements or payment of deposits so we offer you the opportunity to tentatively hold the date for a period of 7 working days without any committments. After this period we will contact you to accertain if you need to extend the tentative booking, release the date or proceed with a confirmed booking.

Our Wedding Co-ordinator is a full time employee, she works from Tuesday to Saturday and has been with Sandalford for 4 years.  We believe she is unmatched in Perth for her attention to detail in every aspect of her management of weddings. From the moment your wedding is confirmed she is your point of contact throughout the planning of your special day.

In addtion to Megan, we also have a Wedding Adminstrator, Penny, to futher enhance our wedding team.

Sandalford has 3 ceremony locations which are truely amazing, they vary from rustic to sensational vineyard settings. They are the Merlot Lawn, which overlooks the vineyard and lake, the Chenin Lawn which is nestled privately in the vineyard and our beautiful majestic Hill House which gives you 2 aspects for your ceremony.

Sandalford Wines will make every effort to advise prior to a formal booking of any potential price rises. For further clarfication please contact our Weddings team to obtain a copy of our Terms and Conditions.

To minimise costs for our couples we have in all our 3 function spaces, beautiful Oak Bentwood chairs which do not need covers. 

We have an extensive carpark directly in front of the main entrance which is complimentary, this includes parking of mini and large coaches.

Yes, regardless of what menu you have chosen for your wedding, contractor meals are priced at a reduced price which entitles them to a main meal of the chef’s choice as well as soft drinks and water throughout the duration of the function. This price does not include alcohol and any request made by your contractor/supplier for additional items outside the above inclusions will be subject to the bride or groom’s approval and charged accordingly.

Our wedding coordinator will arrange to meet with you 6 to 8 weeks prior to your wedding to discuss all details. We require your menu and beverage selections, timings, contractor details and set up arrangements at this time.

If you are having your wedding at Sandalford Wines, you are very welcome to have your wedding photos taken around our immaculately manicured estate. The grand entrance, beautiful lake, in amongst the vines and down by the riverside are just a few suggestions for photo locations.

The duration of the function is generally based on the duration of the beverage package i.e. 5-6 hours (including pre function drinks). However, beverage package extensions are available if you wish for your function to run for a longer period of time with prior approval. 

Sandalford Wines includes round guest tables of 8 to 10 guests, Oak Bentwood chairs, straight or round bridal table, white linen tablecloths and napkins, crockery, cutlery, glassware, tea light candles in clear holders, personalised table menus 1 per person, wine barrel to display your wedding cake and lectern for speeches.

We can provide you with a preferred reputable suppliers list that are regularly at Sandalford and who know the venue very well.

We had our wedding on 14 February 2026 at Sandalford Wines. We had our ceremony on the Merlot Lawn with our reception following in the Estate Room. The venue was beautiful, the perfect mix of classic and classy. We were blown away by how stunning the reception was set up, expertly executed by the Sandalford staff. When we were looking for a venue, we wanted a venue with people who we felt were a "safe pair of hands" and that is exactly what we got. Megan and Penny, from Sandalford's Wedding Team, were exceptional, they expertly helped us plan and execute the perfect day. They communicated well and were very helpful. We were taken very good care of. Beyond the exceptional service in the lead up, the staff on the day were great, expertly managing delivering the food, keeping the drinks flowing and making sure we had the perfect day. Our guests were treated to an amazing three course meal, which was absolutely delicious. Faultless is the word that comes to mind. I would recommend Sandalford Wines to anyone who want the classic winery wedding in a beautiful setting, with amazing food, and expert staff who take the stress out of everything. 10/10. Thank you Megan, Penny and the wider Sandalford staff for making our big day, the best day of our lives. We look forward to celebrating many Valentines Day Anniversaries at Sandalford into the future!

We recently had our wedding at Sandalford, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, starting with Penny, everything felt so seamless and easy. The whole team made what can be a stressful process feel effortless, which we were so grateful for. Megan, our coordinator, was incredible throughout the entire journey. Her communication was amazing , always quick to respond, helpful, and reassuring. It gave us so much confidence knowing everything was in such capable hands. On the day itself, everything came together beautifully. The room setup was absolutely stunning! even better than we had imagined. The staff were also fantastic, so attentive and genuinely caring, which made the entire evening feel completely stress-free. A special shoutout to Linda (I hope I’ve got her name right!) who was amazing on the night, so easygoing and always there to help with anything we needed. One of the most special moments for me was just before walking down the aisle, when Megan helped calm my nerves and assisted with my dress and veil. It meant so much and is something I’ll never forget. And the food… absolutely outstanding! We’ve had so many compliments from our guests about how incredible everything was. We had our wedding on Friday 6.2.26 at Sandalford Winery, We had ceremony on Chenin Lawn and reception in the Estate Room for our 130 person wedding. Overall, we had a really great experience with the venue! We were drawn to them as they had reasonable prices based on our own research for the type of wedding we wanted, it had ceremony & reception close together, and really beautiful photo spots around the venue. Our wedding coordinator Penny was very receptive during the planning process of the wedding and went above and beyond for us when a concert was scheduled for the following day to make sure we were still happy with everything on the day. During the wedding and reception the staff was fabulous and very helpful, especially when packing up. The food and drink service was amazing and we were really happy with how everything turned out. All our guests thoroughly enjoyed the wedding and I would recommend this venue!!

We had our wedding at Sandalford on the 7th of March 2026. We loved the venue from the first moment we saw it and the service provided by the staff was an added bonus. Megan the Wedding Co-ordinator was exceptional during the whole planning process, keeping us up to date with everything we needed to do. She was always professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with, nothing was ever too much trouble. We were especially grateful on our wedding day that she was there to ensure everything looked beautiful and it did and also that things ran smoothly which it also did. The guests commented on the delicious food and the exceptional service provided. Everything was perfect and we couldn't have asked for a more special day!
