Now that we have built our new “Community Room”, complete with a commercial kitchen, powder room and a huge undercover patio, we are open to having weddings at Lavendale Farm.
Lavendale offers not just a beautiful country setting for your wedding, but quality accommodation for your guests as well. Come and relax, watch the animals graze and walk among the vast array of native Australian trees.
Our venue is specifically for small weddings of between 40 to 50 people. Children are most welcome.
Our Wedding Package includes accommodation for up to 46 people for 2 nights. Enjoy the whole weekend with your friends and family. Or sneak away and come during the week.
We can recommend caters and other services for your special day and you get to design your own unique country wedding.
The perfect day does not have to be an expensive day. It is the people and the surrounds which will give you the best memories.
We are accepting bookings for 2018 and 2019 now.

We have 9 self contained cottages. All up there are 18 bedrooms and 33 separate beds. All of our accommodation units are set up for families, so a mix of double (queen and king) and single beds.
The couple can come at 1:00pm the day before the wedding to decorate etc. Guests are welcome after 2:00pm. Our wedding package allows for 12:00pm checkout on the day after the wedding.
We are about an hour and a half from most places in Perth. An hour from Midland.
Children are most welcome, but it is your wedding, so you set the rules. Children are included in the number of guests we can accommodate. So the 46 people includes children. (babies can be in excess of this as all of our family cottages have port-a-cots)
No. But we can help you find someone in York who can.
Our venue is a farmstay. We have a lot of farm animals to chat to over the fences etc. We have 2km of river to explore. There is a children's playground and activity room. We are only 10 mins drive from York. Depending on the time of your wedding, we will still do our "Animal Feeding" routine for your guests.

Hi. We can only accommodate 50 people. I suggest either Laurelville, or Faversham house. Both in York. Both lovely manor houses and both can probably cater for that number of people. There are a number of churches and beautiful gardens in York including at these two venues. We can accommodate 46 of your guests though. April is school holiday time and Easter next year.
