“Potters Receptions is an unbelievable venue!! I loved having my wedding here back in July this year. The serene backgrounds with Australian native plants, waterfalls and boardwalks are incredible. The owners were very nice to deal with, and all the staff were wonderful throughout the whole planning process and were only too happy to help out with anything. I would recommend this venue to anyone who is getting married!!” - Jessica M.

Amazing venue and even better staffs. Had my wedding back in January and I couldn't have asked for a better venue. From inspection to organising and uptill the last hour, the staffs made sure everything was running smoothly. You won't go wrong with Potter's.

Recently held our wedding at Potters, the venue is beautiful and we had a magical ceremony in the wisteria courtyard which is so amazing at night as well with the new fairy lights. Our guests all raved about the food which was cooked to perfection. Friends are getting married at Potters later in the year so we are excited to be able to go back as guests to enjoy the venue again.

Sensational venue & one stop shop 😊 we loved the vibe the moment we walked in Potters grounds & inside. We loved the idea of having our ceremony & reception at the one place. Potters provided everything we wanted & were easy to communicate the whole time. The team at Potters are attentive, accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend!

The venue we changed our wedding date for! Potters was the very first venue we looked at, but unfortunately they were already booked for our date! We looked at countless other venues and none of them made us feel special the way that Potters did. With the beautiful wisteria courtyard, stunning plan B option with the on site chapel, and the remarkable surrounding grounds, we just kept coming back to Potters. Add in the option for on-site accommodation for us and some of our friends and family and we were sold. They made the planning process so easy, with a detailed planning sheet that provided the perfect springboard for two people who had no idea what they were doing! The wide variety of inclusions complimented the venue wonderfully. Potters have multiple inclusion options for centre pieces, table numbers, and wishing wells that we mixed and matched to suit our theme.

3 and a half years in the making and we finally got to have our dream wedding at our dream venue. Potters were so patient and supportive with 3 postponements due to covid. It was a perfect day and I truely believe this came down to the amazing staff at Potters who were so attentive to all our needs which allowed the day to run so smoothly. We also had so many complaints on the food all night. Thank you guys again for the perfect day! Thanks Tayla and Todd

Do venues charge more for weddings on Public Holidays?

HI All My partner and I are considering getting married on Monday 5/10/20, which is Labour Day in the ACT and NSW. We were wondering if the venue hire would be increased, or if vendors would increase their fees? I understand that many may just charge the weekend rate, which is fine, but I'm just checking. Thanks!

Potters Receptions

We do not open in public holidays, I prefere to give the staff time with their families
