    The lower ground is home to 3 spectacular ballrooms; Ruby, Emerald, and Sapphire. The generous proportions of these spaces allow for weddings of all sizes and requirements. They are designed to be flexible and function for weddings of all styles. When booking, you can choose three operate and self-contained regal ballrooms, or you can combine all three to create one breathtaking function space for a party filled with all the excitement and merry atmosphere a wedding entails. Every ballroom is self-contained with its own amenities. Amenities include a striking pre-dinner foyer with its own bar, expansive outdoor terrace, and spacious private bridal rooms that include dedicated butler service for the couple. State-of-the-art AV systems and rigging points for bespoke ceiling decor are present in all rooms, perfect for making your special day a more extravagant affair. A non-fixed stage and dance floor are also included.

    The accommodating Highline Venue has tailored an array of packages to suit various styles and budgets.     Do you have catering or do we find someone ourselves?

    The HIGHLINE Venue

    We have a fully equipped commercial kitchen for capable of servicing multiple events on any given day and with our in-house team of multi-cultural Chefs we are able to tailor event and wedding menus of various tradition and cuisines. Looking for specific cuisines or have an existing relationship with a gold-licensed caterer? We are open to having them cater for your event within our kitchen facilities - so long as they fulfil food safety and quality check.

    Will we have a proper bridal room to relax or get ready in?

    Each ballroom has its own self-contained bridal room / greenroom and it consists of lounges, preparation table, shower and bathroom facilities. These are secured and can be used privately by the bridal party, family and VIP. For more information on the facilities click here.

    Do we supply our own alcohol?

    The HIGHLINE Venue do offer menu packages with an alcohol package of beers and wines from our seasonal selection, and for any other preferences can be brought in with no corkages charged and served by our RSA qualified bar staff for the event.

    We have 400 dedicated parking located underground that are complimentary for all your guests throughout the event and it is accessible via exclusive lifts straight to each one of our function ballroom. There are additional parking facilities available in the vicinity of The HIGHLINE Venue and they too are generally free parking during the evening.     Can we hold our civil or cultural wedding ceremony at the function venue?

    Each ballroom has it's own terraces that can be booked in for your wedding ceremony, so we'd be delighted to offer a ceremony package that is inclusive of 40 white Italian folding chairs. Refreshments and snacks can be added to the package should you like as well.

    It was just a beautiful venue. Our events organiser was really quick on enquiries, had everything sorted. They had a beautiful bridal suite on top for us as well. Food was really good there and all the guests loved it!

    Brand new venue with class design. Many choices of room's size available. Great for those who want to extra style their wedding. Venue entrance looks class with a small screen displaying your wedding's info. The only problem was that our wedding was one of their first functions and so a lot of things didn't go well. Eg. Photobooth didn't turn up on wedding day, dry ice people didn't do the job properly - pointing the smokes to where bride and groom were not standing...etc

    When we viewed the venue for the first time we were sold. The presentation and arrangement of tablets and chairs allows for a sizable dance floor and an elevated stage for the bridal table, topped off with a massive chandelier hanging from the ceiling. It is a beautiful venue to say the least and we were extremely happy with the venue manager who helped us coordinate our evening formalities.

    Had my wedding here last November. Absolutely perfection! Thank you to staff and chef for putting on a wonderful night. Our expectations were exceeded. We couldn’t be more happier with how the night turned out.
