Our 1 night package is suited and priced for guests of up to 30

Our 2 night package is suited and priced for guests of up to 50.

We do however understand that all couples are looking for something different, and do allow for larger numbers with each package upon request. 

Our onsite accommodation can house up to fourteen guests for the duration of your stay, and we do have plenty of space for glamping/ camping if you wish the rest of your guests to stay on site as well.

There are 4 nearby accommodation venues within a 10 mintue drive from Hideaway along Nannup-Balingup road that can also accommodate the rest of your guests if you dont want your guests to camp.

When you book a wedding here at Hideaway, the whole venue/ property is yours for the duration of your stay!

Hideaway has 32 acres of land with countless vanatge points across the property. So the great thing is, you can choose wherever you want them to be!

A couple of the main vantage points are:

- Winery lookout overlooking Nannup Ridge / Estate Wineries 

- Lake lawn overlooking the Blackwood River Valley

- An open shed for smaller gatherings or Winter Weddings

- Main balcony overlooking whole property

We suggest coming down for a free site visit and walking around the property and seeing the value in the views and location we can provide you. And choose your personalised ceremony & reception locations from there.

When booking your Wedding with us, you are only booking out the venue for your preffered amount of days.

We leave the choice in catering up to you! 

However, upon booking we do give you a head start with an Itinerary of all local businesses to help you plan your special day. 

Covering all budgets- the itinerary covers food cateres, bevergaes, decorations, lighting, glamping and much more. We are more than happy to help guide you along the way & make the planning process that little bit easier!
